All orders are shipped using live rate pricing from all shipping carriers. Shipping costs depend on the weight, size, and number of items being shipped.
If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact our customer service center at (800) 357-6860 or email us at [email protected]. Some orders ship quicker than others, so once the order reaches a certain period, it may be too late to modify or cancel it.
At the time the order is placed, some items may be in stock and will ship immediately. The remainder of the order will ship at no additional shipping costs.
We will replace or can issue a refund for any products that damaged or incorrect with the shipping costs that were charged.
Many of our products have warranties through their manufacturers, and they vary depending on manufacturer. We stand behind all of the products located in our store, and we are happy to work with customers to resolve warranty related issues.
We collect sales tax on all orders shipping into the state of Texas. Please note you may be responsible for paying sales tax in states where we do not collect it.

That is not a problem at all, we can send it to you by email. You can simply go to the sign-in page and click "Forgot Your Password?" located below the email and password boxes. Fill in your email address, click the "Submit" link and an email will be sent to you containing your login information.
